HUMAN RIGHTS, EMPLOYEE AND

 GUEST SAFETY POLICY

OUR POLICY ON HUMAN RIGHTS, EQUALITY, EMPLOYEE AND GUEST SAFETY

We respect the private lives and personal spaces of employees. Violations of employees' privacy rights in the workplace or environments

they are in for work purposes are against laws and ethical rules. The prevention of possible violations and related sanctions are

secured by privacy rules and disciplinary practice instructions. Thus, employees are provided with an environment where their physical,

psychological, and social privacy rights and well-being are protected. We provide water, sanitation, and hygiene facilities for all employees

within the facility. We have an employee complaint mechanism in place and monitor employee satisfaction. Creating and maintaining a fair

working environment for employees is considered one of the most important priorities. Our facilities are against commercial, sexual, or any other

form of exploitation and harassment towards vulnerable groups and other protected groups.

We take measures to prevent the exploitation and protection of vulnerable groups (youth, disabled individuals, children, di erent ethnic groups,

the elderly, women, local stakeholders) and provide training to all employees on this matter. To prevent incidents of exploitation and harassment

in our facilities, we have increased the number of cameras and separated employee areas. In our Mini Club areas, we use a parental permission

and bracelet system to prevent any adverse situations against children. This system ensures that children without parental permission

are not allowed to leave the area alone. We inform all new employees in our starting training that they must be friendly and maintain a distance

from children in the facility. We provide special services to our elderly and disabled guests, designating separate areas in all our usage spaces.

As Nirvana Hotels, we demonstrate the necessary determination to ensure the continuity of employee and guest safety, including all stakeholders

                               we collaborate with.
