GUEST SAFETY POLICY
OUR POLICY ON HUMAN RIGHTS, EQUALITY, EMPLOYEE AND GUEST SAFETY
Within Kilit Group, we have guests and employees from di erent languages, religions, and races.
We provide services to our guests and employees without any discrimination based on religion, language, or race.
Our fundamental principle is that no one should be subjected to discrimination based on gender, language, religion, or race.
In the orientation presentations given to our employees before starting work, we provide detailed information about employee rights.
We do not employ child labor (persons under 15 years old) as determined by the International Labour Organization (ILO) in our facilities.
We protect the rights of young workers (persons who have completed the age of 15 but not yet 18) as determined
by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security and ensure their social security records.
We employ a minimum of thirty percent female sta in our facilities and protect all their social rights.
As a workplace o ering equal opportunities, we do not discriminate based on age, race, belief, skin color, gender, language, nationality,
marital status, sexual orientation, seniority, political opinion, disability, religion, or any other legally protected characteristics.
This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including but not limited to hiring, placement, promotion,
termination, layo , recall, transfer, leave, compensation, and training.
We work to eliminate recognized inequalities between men and women and support positive discrimination.
Except for positive discrimination, we adopt a corporate culture with a high level of awareness and guidance mechanisms,
conducting preventive e orts against all types of violence/abuse and discrimination that may occur in the workplace
with a 'Zero Tolerance Against Violence' perspective. We employ individuals with disabilities and ensure they receive the necessary training.
