HUMAN RIGHTS, EMPLOYEE AND
GUEST SAFETY POLICY
Both customers and employees of Kilit Group come from a variety of languages, faiths, and ethnicities.
We offer service to the visitors and staff we house in our facilities without making any distinctions on the basis of race, religion, or
linguistic preference.
No one is the target of discrimination based on their gender, language, religion, or ethnicity, according to our fundamental principle.
Detailed information regarding employee rights is presented in the Orientation presentations that are given to our workers before they
begin working.
We do not use child labour (those under the age of 15), as that term is defined by the International Labour Organization, in any of our
facilities (ILO).
We safeguard the social security records of young employees, or those who have reached the age of majority but are under the age of
eighteen, to the extent set by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy.
We help women get work and uphold all of their social rights.
The handicapped are given jobs, and we make sure they get the special training they require.
Our health experts are on call 24 hours a day in our facilities to provide security for all of our employees. Without a work permission,
we do not hire foreigners.
We uphold workers' rights, offer a secure working environment, and pay staff at least the legal minimum. We often provide our staff
members chances for training, experience, and promotion. Without prejudice, we provide employees job options.
