FIRE SAFETY

Our hydrates, which are positioned throughout the facility, have the capacity to cover the entire area of the hotel.
We have detectors and fire extinguishing equipment adapted to fire and smoke in all areas used by our guests and employees.
Our fire safety system is connected to automation.
There are signs showing the hotel plan behind the doors of our guest rooms and in the general areas of the hotel. Fire exit routes and
emergency assembly points have been determined for our guests and employees.

OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH

Occupational health and safety is the first priority in our hotels.
We ensure that all the works required by the occupational health and safety system are fully carried out and developed in our hotels in our
competent staff. We provide training on occupational health and safety to all of our employees. With the occupational health and safety specialist

and the facility representative, field inspections and compliance with the law are kept under constant control and we ensure that actions are taken
when necessary.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR ACTIVITIES

Eco-sensitive and Eco-labelled recycled products are preferred during maintenance, repair and construction.
The equipment is maintained in accordance with the maintenance plans in order not to harm the environment by working efficiently and not to
disrupt the service provided to the guest. Emission measurements are made within the legal periods.
During maintenance, repair and construction, attention is paid to details such as the use of water-based paint in painting processes, the use of
wooden materials in building designs, the choice of lighting as LED lights, and the use of photocell lighting in common areas.
