TRAINING

Environmental trainings are provided to our employees in line with annual training programs.
Trainings include issues such as reducing the consumption of natural resources, reducing and correctly separating wastes, what to do about
hazardous wastes, Protection of Natural Life, etc.
Trainings are carried out internally and externally. With the trainings given periodically by our Environmental Officer, all our employees have
been made aware of the environment.
In addition, chemical trainings have been received from our supplier companies and our employees who use chemicals have been raised
awareness in order to ensure the standardization of chemical consumption.
Our employees were trained on " Child Abuse and Harassment , Measures to be Taken in this Scope and Information " by the UCİM Association
under the guidance of a professional team.

Sign Language training has been provided to our employees for our hearing impaired guests, and an Accommodation card has been prepared
for our visually impaired guests.
In addition to Personal Development Trainings, in-depth Professional Development Trainings are also provided.
Our guests are provided with training on the collection of medical wastes, injectors and empty medicine boxes and medical wastes they use.
Orientation training is provided to all our employees and detailed information about environmental awareness, waste management,
sustainability, abuse, behavior, regulation, operating rules, opportunities and rights, facility and company are given in this training.
Fire training is provided to all employees by the Fire Expert Consultant and fire drills are also carried out.
Environmental Consultant Environmental Engineer provides Environmental and Waste Management Training is given to all employees.
Energy Saving training is given to employees by Energy Consultant.
Training plans of all departments have been prepared to cover environmental and sustainability issues and trainings are provided in this
direction.
