To schedule an appo ntment for your perfect treatment, please contact our Me SPA by
L’Occ tane reservat ons team who w ll be able to gu de you to the r ght cho ce. To ensure your preferred
t me and serv ce s ava lable we recommend to book n advance.

ARRIVAL TIME
Please allow su翿 c ent t me before your treatment to complete a Spa Consultat on Form
and/or Health Quest onna re. We recommend you arr ve up to 20 m n n advance of your treatment so
that you can change, relax and enjoy the spa fac l t es. Please be adv sed that late arr vals w ll result n a
reduct on of treatment t me.

CHILDREN’S POLICY
We are del ghted to offer treatments for ch ldren under 16 years old however they must be accompan ed
by an adult for the whole durat on. Please contact the Spa reservat ons team for deta ls on treatments
ava lable for our young guests. Access to the rest of the spa nclud ng the chang ng fac l t es, spa and heat
exper ences and gym are restr cted to over 16’s.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Late arr val w ll shorten your treatment t me. Please nform the Spa attendant about cancellat ons at
least 1 day n advance n the case of packages bought from Spa (w thout package d scount) and at least
2 hours n advance n the case of da ly treatments. If you fa l to nform us about a cancellat on, 50% of
package or treatment pr ce w ll be added to your room b ll.

SPA GIFT CARDS
Make your loved ones an unforgettable g ft w th the Massage G ft Cards. The Spa G ft Cards are ava lable
at the Spa Recept on.

SPA ETIQUETTE
Our spa env ronment s one of relaxat on and tranqu ll ty. Please respect all spa guests’ r ght to pr vacy
and seren ty. In l ght of th s, the spa s a mob le phone, pager, camera and smoke free zone.

Spa Center accepts no respons b l ty for loss of valuables and jewellery at any t me on the spa
prem ses.

LOST PROPERTY
All lost property found on the prem ses should be handed n at hotel recept on.
