HUMAN RIGHTS, EMPLOYEE AND
GUEST SAFETY POLICY
We support the local economy by creating jobs.
Within the parameters of recurring Occupational and worker Health and Safety legislation, we offer job training, fire training, hazardous
substance protective and preventative training to all of our workers.
All staff working there have access to water, restrooms, and hygiene facilities.
We keep track of employee happiness and have a complaints procedure.
Specially protected groups and other vulnerable groups are not subjected to commercial, sexual, or other forms of exploitation or
harassment at our facilities. The abuse of vulnerable groups (young people, persons with disabilities, children, individuals from other ethnic
groups, the elderly, and local stakeholders) has been prevented at our institutions, and all personnel have received training in this area.
The number of cameras has been raised, and personnel areas have been divided, in order to stop any potential abuse and harassment that
could take place at our facility.
To prevent any situations that might be harmful to children, we employ a wristband system and parental consent in our Mini Club locations.
We are able to prevent youngsters from leaving the area alone without parental consent because of this technique.
At all of our recruiting trainings, we stress that all of our staff members should be kind yet distant from the facility's young residents.
We designate distinct places in all of our usage areas and offer additional services to our elderly and handicapped visitors.
As Nirvana Hotels, we demonstrate the required resolve to maintain staff and guest safety, including all stakeholders with whom we
work closely.
