OUR SOCIAL APPROACH

We are advocates and supporters of local companies and products.

We ensure that waste sorting and environmental awareness are improved by all employees of the institution and other stakeholders around us.

We contribute to the values of our country through continuous awareness and improvement works on water and energy consumption.

We act sensitively in regards to supporting our employees with special needs financially and morally with special human resources practices.

We continuously improve our communication and work with vocational high schools, universities and equivalent schools in order to gain new

generation tourism professionals.

As a team and an institution, we are sensitive towards natural creatures and nature. We develop social projects on this subject.

We meticulously do what is necessary to protect the sea and nature for future generations and to prevent pollution.

We are against surplus production-consumption and wastage. We constantly improve ourselves and our system in regards to this matter.

We develop projects on animal shelters. We use some of the revenues generated in our new cat-dog hotels, where we will serve with the pet

hotel concept, for the needs of street animals and animal shelters. We create projects on this subject.

As Kilit Group, we contribute to the restructuring of the Antalyasıpor basketball team and to train young athletes.

With in Kilit Group, we are working on our in-the-near-future tourism faculty project with enthusiasm and meticulousness. Our greatest desire

is to contribute to the tourism employment potential and the national economy by developing our young people in need in this regard.

We create projects on global warming and carbon emissions and improve ourselves in this regard.
